Seeking Experience Managers for Mobilehome Park - Sacramento, CA

Seeking an experienced management team to oversee and perform the day-to day operations of our mobilehome park. This includes but is not limited to - office duties, maintain and improve the appearance and value of the park, and maintain a superior level of resident satisfaction. A working team is the ideal situation where one would operate the park office such as bookkeeping and the other would perform routine park maintenance such as light maintenance and landscaping.

Must have reliable transportation, insurance and valid driver's license.

Compensation: salary plus lodging and utilities.
