Seeking Caretaker Couple for Private Estate in Coastal Virginia

We are now accepting resumes for an energetic, positive minded Caretaker Couple for our private 15 acre estate in Coastal Virginia.  Previous horse ranch/ horse farm experience required.  Responsibilities include, but not limited to: caring for horses (natural horsemanship experience a plus), maintenance of residences, barns, arena and pastures, farm equipment, basic carpentry, fencing, gardening, landscaping/ yard care, housekeeping.  Occasional farm sitting, driving and other tasks as needed.  Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 100 lbs. 

-This is a full- time, permanent/ long- term position.
