Full-time home parents work 7 days on and 7 days off under the supervision of the Unit Manager.  Home parents provide loving care and supervision through strong relationships in a trust-based environment. 

MCH offers excellent benefits including competitive pay, health insurance and a 401K. Salary range is $44,000-50,000 per couple, depending on experience.
