We are seeking a friendly, outgoing couple with strong communication and computer skills to manage a self storage in Flagstaff, Arizona
Requirements:
- Must be responsible, self-motivated and customer-oriented
- Must enjoy interacting with people
- Proficient computer skills
- Willing to go beyond responsibilities to provide optimum customer service
- Management experience required
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must create professional, welcoming atmosphere
- Skilled in handyman work
- Bookkeeping skills a plus
Job Description:
- Work office hours: 9:00 AM - 6 PM Monday - Friday
- Lease units, collect rent, handle delinquencies
- Accurately operate database on computer
- Answer phone calls regarding prospective tenants, payments, etc.
- Make phone calls on delinquent rentals
- Do grounds keeping, maintenance, and housecleaning to present a clean, friendly environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Assist in auctions
- Have an award wining, positive attitude
Benefits:
- $25,000 yearly salary
- Day shift only
- Two days off per week
