Self Storage Associate Manager Team - Las Vegas, NV

Storage West self storage has an immediate opening for an associate manager TEAM for our Las Vegas facilities. We are seeking a 2 person team, wherein each person will work 40 hours per week at various Las Vegas facilities. Each member of the team must submit a resume in order for the team to be considered for this position. Both members of the team must have relevant experience and be available for in-person interviews in Las Vegas. This is a non resident position.

Associate manager teams are responsible for the operation of the facilities, including providing outstanding customer service, renting storage spaces, marketing our facility to the community, data entry, filing, answering and responding to telephone calls, banking, and keeping the facility maintained, neat, clean, and organized. Reliable transportation, valid driver licenses, and good driving records are required.

Experience working in the self storage industry or property management is a plus. Prior customer service and management experience is required. Must be friendly and outgoing, honest, organized, able to accept constructive criticism, able to learn and accept training, able to work in an office and on the grounds, be a problem solver, and more. Maintenance skills a plus. Computer skill (MS Office, Outlook, internet, etc.) is required.
