On-Site Management Team - Princeton, TX
Seeking an on-site management team for a manufactured home community in Princeton, Texas! Must have office skills, can do make ready work on manufactured homes. Own tools and truck preferred. Must have sales skills to sell park owned homes. We are looking for a couple that has at least 2 years experience. Salary with great performance bonuses!!
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Rent collections, must keep delinquencies under 1%
Banking
Enforcing rules and regulations
Marketing and sales (must have strong sales skills)
Hands on maintenance
Building and grounds maintenance
Make ready units
Computer savvy
Up-keep of the community and responding to resident inquiries
Qualifications
Self-starter
Excellent customer service
Proven sales skills
Bilingual a plus but not required
Manufactured home experience required
Current drivers license required
