• Working  closely with owners 2-3 days a week
• General farm/ranch expertise
• Excellent customer skills for daily interaction with the public
• Passion for connecting with nature
• open to learning new skills and having new, unique experiences
• self – starter willing to take initiative

 Skill set of the couple should include:

• Website development, updates and maintenance
• Assist in welcome center operations as needed
  • Training in POS system
  • Group parking and coordination
  • Guest relations and rules of the road compliance
• Computers and related systems
  • Maintain needed redundancy for POS software
  • Deployment and upkeep of property wide network
  • Research and purchasing of new equipment and software
  • Upgrade and maintenance of OS and POS systems

Park Foreman Job Description (Him)

Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage ranch hands
• Maintain Records
• Learn and research all species of animals on property
• Manage overall health of animals
• Maintain & repair Equipment – Tractors, ATV’s, Trucks, Brush hog, etc.
• Operate tractor, front end loader and related equipment
• General Property Maintenance
• Maintain roads and fences
• Miscellaneous projects as necessary

Desirable licenses:    Chemical  applicator license
