Caretaker - Couple preferred - Arlington, WA

Beautiful 6 acre riverfront property with a beaver marsh, creek and ponds. !Hummingbirds, eagles, fox, cranes, herons, deer ~ lots of wildlife to enjoy! Need a couple to care for property while I travel. Light duties include mowing large lawn (riding lawn more available), making sure the plumbing and roofs don't leak, and general upkeep. Would like a one-year commitment. You would have your own living room, master bath/bedroom, share kitchen/laundry facilities. Rent based upon work exchange and some rental payment. 

The eventual intention for this property is to create an alternative healing/teaching center, with a few long-term community members, so if this interests you, we can talk about the long-range vision.
