On-site Hotel Manager Couple - Durango, CO

We are in need of a mature Live in Couple to manage 26 room hotel. Experience in Hotel/Motel industry a must. Must be able to follow direction and understanding of the on-site property life-style. This is a hands-on job, front desk, reservations, phones, housekeeping, laundry, grounds keeping and basic maintenance. (Basic Maintenance required for one of the couple) Will oversee a small staff

Apartment , utilities, cable, internet, salary provided.. 32 hrs off per week.
Pets allowed (deposit maybe required),
No Children (due to property requirements).
