FEATURED JOB OPENING: High Volume Self Storage Facility Needs Mangement Couple - Converse, TX

We are a privately owned and operated Self Storage Management company located in Texas. We are family business that cares about their employees. The property is located in Converse, TX in a high traffic area and it's a high occupancy facility. Couple will work for the Property Management Company but the owner visits the site weekly.

Our company is searching for a hardworking, ethical, customer service oriented couple that would like to join our self-storage family. Candidate couple must be able to multi-task and handle high traffic of move-ins and moveouts. A variety of customer types frequent the property so a good personality is definitely required. The job covers all aspects of operating a facility with the exclusion of accounting duties. Must be physically capable to clean units and perform light maintenance. Compensation includes onsite apartment, medical insurance (paid by employer), leasing bonuses, paid vacation and holidays. We hire personalities and character. Interviews will take place in the San Antonio area. Couple will need to begin work on May 19, 2013 or sooner.
