MOBILE HOME PARK MANAGEMENT OPPORTUNITY: NORTH DALLAS AREA, TX

We are a fast-growing Mobile Home Park family business looking for an exceptional couple to manage a 50-space park near Dallas. The ideal couple will have their own RV to live in. We are open to you working outside of the park in addition to managing the park after the first 3 months.

The ideal candidate will be a team that splits responsibilities between office management and maintenance. The office manager will be responsible for collections, reporting (using RentManager software - we can train you), and filling the remaining 10 vacant pads with RVers. Big plus if the maintenance manager has experience with septic systems. Other maintenance responsibilities include demo of several homes, some repaving, some maintenance of the several park-owned homes, park beautification and general upkeep of the park.
