On-site Management Couple for Nice Senior Park - Lynnewood, WA

Management / maintenance couple for senior/ 55 plus mobile home community located in Lynnwood Washington. The job entails rent collection, day to day operation of clubhouse and office, notices delivered, light yard maintenance , mowing, string trimming, blowing, trimming and sweeping etc. approx. 7 hours a week. Home sales, lot leasing etc. job includes home, utilities, and money. Looking for preferably someone that can make an in- person interview. This position as management couple is a permanent job. Experience is nice. This position is open immediately.
