PROPERTY CARETAKER/GARDENER - RUHERFORDTON, NC

 NC - Workamper position available for Property Caretaker/Gardener in Rutherfordton. This is a great opportunity for a single or retired couple to live in WNC close to Lake Lure/Chimney Rock and an hour from Asheville. We are on 20 acres in the country with views.  In exchange for a view site, water and sewer (30/50 electrical is available) we need someone familiar with mowing on a Grasshopper, and maintenance of landscaping (pruning, weeding, watering). This could be an all year position or seasonal. This position would require a commitment of 10 to 24 hours per week. This is a non-paid position available immediately.
