**Looking for a Couple who is interested in working at a Franchise Motel.**

Job Requirements:

Prior on-site property management experience a plus.

Experience in light maintenance/handyman skills

Knowlege of computers

Responsibilities to include:

Handle Check in and check out of guests

Guest Breakfast and Laundry

Check all guest rooms after Housekeeping has cleaned the rooms

Sales/Marketing and Daily Operations
