FEATURED JOB OPENING: IMMEDIATELY Self Storage Management Team - Prescott Valley/Phoenix, AZ

Reputable Storage Owner/Operator seeks  two (2) On-site Management Teams, one for a position in the Prescott Valley AZ area and one team for the Phoenix AZ area.  Responsibilities for both positions include but are not limited to; Customer service, leasing storage units, selling merchandise, maintenance of the property, developing and  implementing marketing & networking programs, general office administration and light maintenance/ administration of truck rental program.  

This team must be motivated and able to work independently. We only hire teams that can manage all aspects of their property and can make good sound decisions in the best interest of the property and Owners.  We are looking for take charge management teams!  One person on team must have maintenance skills and the ability to perform physical maintenance of the property including adjustments to the doors, cleaning  windows and keeping a property/units maintained so that the customers first impression is a good impression.  Both team members must be able to move-in a customer, from beginning to end and handle sales calls.    Knowledge of Sitelink helpful, marketing and sales experience and  truck rentals a plus.  Must have good working knowledge of outlook, excel, word and must be proficient typist with general office skills.  This is a 5 day a week position and the days will be determined based upon the needs of the property.
