Domestic Couple (F/T her, P/T him) - Nantucket, MA

We are seeking the right professional, friendly couple as year-round, live in housekeeper/caretaker for our large family vacation home on Nantucket.  Couple must be mature, responsible, honest, friendly, non-smoking, with a great attitude, initiative, attention to detail, and good habits.  Couple should both be highly motivated self-starters and hard workers, who will provide the services required without the need for constant management and oversight.

Job duties for her (F/T for 4 months of year, P/T remainder) include, but not limited to:  all housekeeping of family home (9 bedrooms, 9.5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens), laundry, ironing, grocery shopping, weekend dinner preparation & service, pet walking, window cleaning, gardening/weeding, handle special requests and miscellaneous errands as needed.

Job duties for him are very limited (5-10 hours per week...allowing for outside full-time job).  Included are:  general home maintenance, basic repair, lawn mowing, light landscaping, garbage removal, etc.

In return, couple will receive a monthly salary plus apartment and utilities (electric, oil, cable TV, wireless internet).  Includes the couple's respectful use of their own furnished apartment consisting of:  dining/living room area, small private kitchen, bathroom, large bedroom with wood-burning fireplace located in lower level of home with separate entrance.  Also, couple will have use of owner's vehicle.  Sorry, no pets or children, and no singles.
