General Manager Couples - Portland, Maine Boutique Hotels - Portland, ME

We are looking for two hardworking, honest couples with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to assume the full-time management of the Danforth, our 9 room boutique hotel and the Pomegranate Inn, our 8 room luxury Inn, in Portland, ME. These year-round, live-in positions require the dedication and motivation to create an idyllic experience for our guests while balancing the needs of the business. Job requirements include breakfast preparation and serving, event management/catering, some housekeeping and laundry, grounds work and property maintenance, seasonal renovation projects, staff hiring and supervision and of course reservations and guest interaction (and much more). The hotels are staffed with a seasonal concierge/front desk associate and a year-round housekeeping crew.
