Self Storage opportunity for a couple who want to truly manage a business and are customer service oriented. Property managers required to live on the property. Managers work 5 days per week, Monday-Saturday 9:00am-6:00pm.  .  An excellent bonus program is part of the compensation.

The on-site residence is a stand alone home.  It is very nice with easy access to all that Colorado Springs has to offer.

Responsibilities include: Sales, Renting self storage units, site/facility maintenance, ordering of moving supplies, cleaning and local marketing. Expected to be available and respond to off-hour emergencies and customer problems and to maintain a presence on the property.

We are looking for a couple that can and want to manage a self storage facility with little oversight.

Must be willing to interview in person.
