Duties include care and maintenance of buildings, fields, grounds, and roads. Use and maintenance of heavy equipment required. Mechanical, electrical, carpentry, and plumbing experience a must.

Housekeeping requirements include routine cleaning and laundry services, and periodic cooking for members and guests.
