LIVE-IN ESTATE HOUSE/GROUNDS KEEPER (Couple) - Montgomery County, PA

Beautiful, large Montgomery County Estate is looking for an experienced Live-in House/Grounds Keeper. (The owner will consider single applicants or couples who would want to split duties.)

Responsibilities will include: cleaning home (including dishes, laundry and bathrooms), light grounds keeping (pulling weeds, mowing, watering, etc.) and other household related errands and tasks.

Candidates must be flexible with work schedule. Hours/days will vary according to needs of estate owner. Candidates must also have the ability to work Weekends, Nights and Holidays.

Ability to stand, bend, walk, lift as required to complete tasks.

Must have valid/clean driver's license.

Position includes base wage, One bedroom apartment with den, free utilities, living room and kitchen (apartment has private access) and benefit package.
