CAMP CARETAKER/MAINTENANCE PERSON(S) - Homer Glen, IL

We are looking for a full time live-in maintaince man/caretaker for our summer camp. Position requires knowledge of the trades (electrical, carpentry, plumbing, etc). Caretaker is responsible for day to day maintainance of the facilities and equipment, some janitorial, and opening and closing duties. Person must be responsible, self motivated, honest and hard working. Perfect position for recent retiree who is in good health. Must be able to perform all duties including but not limited to grass cutting, snow removal building repairs interior and exterior, equipment maintainance and repair. Home provided is small so not really suitable for large family. Job requires a self motivated, honest, hardworking individual. Pre-employment drug test, fingerprinting and background check required. $300.00mo + house and utilities.
