Houseparent Couples Needed for Pennsylvania Residential Youth Facility - Womelsdorf, PA

Bethany Children’s Home is looking for married couples to be Houseparents. The Houseparent position is both challenging and rewarding. Houseparents live on Bethany’s campus in a private apartment and provide parental support in a boys or girls cottage. Houseparents are responsible for providing compassion, discipline and structure in a safe, home-like environment.

Applicants should be mature, responsible individuals with a sense of mission to help children in need. Preference will be given to those applicants with prior experience working with children and youth in placement. Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, fitness for duty physical and provide current child abuse, criminal history and FBI clearances. Valid driver's license and willingness to transport youth in Bethany vehicles are required.
