RLC is poised for significant growth and is currently accepting applications for couples only to live on-site and serve as Resident Managers for the community.
While there are no immediate openings we are establishing a pool of applicants who are appropriate candidates to join our team as we grow.

The scope of this position includes oversight and accountability for resident satisfaction, marketing, food service, housekeeping, activities, hiring, training and management of staff, maintenance and on-budget operation. This position plays a key role in sales activity and will be best suited to candidates with a background of successful sales experience and management experience.
