Family seeking a mature couple for small urban estate.  This is a full time, Live-in position. A fully furnished separate guest house with utilities. 

Gentleman is responsible for maintaining buildings, grounds and vehicles, plus general handyman duties.

The lady's duties include light cooking & kitchen help, light & detailed cleaning, office duties.  Computer literacy is a must.

Miscellaneous duties for both include driving the family, shopping & errands.  

 Integrity, willing to learn routines, flexibility.  Ablility to work independently, as well as part of a team.  Not suitable for children or pets.

Smoking, drugs or excessive alcohol not permited.

Legally able to work in United States.  

This is a Christian home and very living family.
