Caretaker Couple - northern NJ

Caretaker couple to maintain a suburban/ rural country home. We provide a wonderful 1200 sq ft apartment and utilities in exchange for approx. 30 hours of housekeeping, gardening and maintenance work per week.  We have 11 acres and a large home in northern New Jersey that needs weekly loving care.  We also have an organic micro farm on the property with chickens, bees, vegetables, fruit trees and berry bushes.  We always need help with that as well if that interests you.  Our kids are going off to school, my wife is going back to college and I am traveling a lot for business.  The previous caretaker couple maintained the property beautifully for three and a half years and were able to do it well in 25 -30 hours per week between the both of them.  It is a great place to live especially if you like gardening.
