FEATURED JOB OPENING: Live-In Domestic Couple--Dallas, TX

Private family seeks experienced Household/Maintenance Couple for urban estate.  Position is available immediately.  Separate guest house with utilities is included.  Candidates must have at least 2-3 years of professional experience working as a couple in a domestic estate situation.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Provide all aspects of general & detailed cleaning: ironing, cleaning of kitchen, bath & living areas

* Maintaining organization of pantries, closets & storage areas

* Fine vehicle care: including service scheduling, washing & detailing

* Liaising with vendors & contractors

* Driving family to appointments & engagements

* General handyman service & home maintenance tasks

* Maintaining complete indoor & outdoor appearance of the home, including woodwork, windows & landscaping/irrigation

* Handling special requests & related duties as needed

This is a full-time, live-in position.  A fully furnished 2 bedroom/2 bath separate guest house, with utilities, is included.  Salary dependent on experience.  Email or fax resumes and recent photo.

* Strong English communication skills, both written & verbal are required; Spanish skills are a plus

* Ability to work independently as well a with a team

* Working knowledge of all areas of property maintenance; initiative in tackling projects

* Flexible scheduling with flexibility to work overtime or weekends if needed

* Valid driver's license with clean driving record

* Legally able to work in the United States
