Full and Part Time Houseparents - Arkansas

The Arkansas Sheriffs' Youth Ranches, a long-term, residential childcare facility is taking applications for full and part-time houseparents at our Batesville Campus in Bethesda, Arkansas. Houseparents are live-in child-care workers. Their responsibilities are for the day to day care and guidance of teenagers in a residential setting. Houseparents develop a family home environment which includes cooking, transporting, caring for children, and correcting behaviors. This is a position requiring the applicants to be 21 years of age, have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, be able to pass a background check, TB test, and have a clean driving record. Our children have been abused, neglected, abandoned, or are simply in need of loving and caring supervision.
