Full time Resident Manager or Mgt Team - Destin, FL

We are seeking a full-time, resident manager or management team, for a 98,000 sq ft. self-storage facility located in Destin, Florida.   We are looking for highly motivated individuals that are independent workers and dedicated to their job.  The individual/Individuals must possess excellent verbal skills and must pass a pre-employment background check.   Experience in the self-storage industry is preferred, but not necessary.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

Property inspections focusing on sweeping units and performing lock checks

Renting storage units

Collecting rent /Delinquency calls

Communication with current and new self storage customers

Marketing the facility to outside businesses and individuals

Lite Maintenance

Delegating tasks to assistant managers and scheduling

Requirements:

Strong customer service skills

Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office

Aggressive in sales

Self-motivated

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Job Includes:

This job includes an apartment that is one bedroom and one full bath.  All utilities and appliances are included with the apartment.  The apartment is attached to the office on-site
