Apartment Managers - Rapid City, SD

Seeking Energetic Couple as managers for a midsized apartment complex on the Westside of Rapid City

We are searching for a couple with a professional attitude and friendly demeanor, to take on the role of on-site property managers for a smoke free & pet-free complex.

The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills and time management skills, be self-motivated and able to work autonomously as well as being an integral member of a team. Reliability, promptness, and trustworthiness are a must in working effectively with residents, and vendors.  Duties include but are not limited to: marketing, accounting and clerical work, cleaning and showing of units, light maintenance, and grounds work

Education and/or Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Computer skills are a must including knowledge of Microsoft word and excel.
• You need to have a clean driver's license and a reliable insured automobile.
• Property management experience preferred but not required. Supervision and successful track record of accomplishments will be considered in lieu of this requirement.
