Management Couple for Self Storage - Utah

Seeking a management couple to live on site and manage a large self storage facility.  This position requires sales, marketing and maintenance duties and is full time work for both individuals.  Prefer those who are customer service oriented and self starters. Responsibilities include leasing, collections, daily reporting, both on-site and off-site marketing and general site maintenance.  Compensation includes salary, bonuses, a 2 bedroom apartment and utilities.  Health insurance and savings plan options are available.  This job is perfect for non smokers who have no children living at home, and energetic semi retired couples.  Send resumes for both individuals to (see below).
