Spend the Summer in the Beautiful Spanish Peaks Area!! - La Veta, CO

La Veta, CO is a beautiful small town located near the Spanish Peaks in Southern Colorado.  Small town, laid back atmosphere, "art-sy" community, friendly people, lots of tourists all summer.

We are looking for the perfect couple to help us out for the 2021 season (May-Oct.). My husband and I are in town all summer.

We are a lovely little compound with 12 cabins, a few RV (full hook-up) sites and are located right in town. Our grounds are landscaped beautifully and we have a common building for our guests. The Cuchara River runs along the rear of our property.  
 

Responsibilities will include:

Telephone Duty

Check-In and Check-Out

Housekeeping

Landscape Help (watering, weeding, etc.

Commitment of 25 Hours Per Week Minimum (12.5 hours each)

Compensation will include: 

Full Hook-Up RV Site for the Summer ($750 Monthly Value)

Free Utilities and WiFi

$15.00 per hour wages for work over 25 hours per week

12 cabins and 3 RV sites.  All of the cabins have been renovated and sleep between two and four guests. We do not do daily housekeeping, but guests can request clean linens, etc.  Customer service is very important.  Reservations are done mainly on line, but we do have walk-in traffic.  

COMPENSATION: 

You will be furnished a full hook-up RV site, all utilities and the opportunity to work additional hours at $15.00 per hour.  You should have your own RV.  Please tell us the year of your RV, and the length of your RV.  We would prefer someone with a set income, because we can't pay enough to support you.  Retirees that are young at heart are encouraged to apply.
