Caretaker Couple for 10 acre Retreat Venue - Escondido, CA

A COUPLE IS NEEDED TO CARE for a 10-acre property. Our beautiful property is in the Hills of Escondido near Valley Center, and has fruit trees, gardens, lawns, a stage and amphitheater. We rent it out to guests for family reunions, retreats and weddings. Please go to our website for more pictures and details about the property. We will provide a one bedroom/one bathroom in addition to a monthly salary of $1,500. Electricity and well water are included. (City water, propane, telephone and cable are all extra).

Her duties will include: cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, living space and kitchens;
while cleaning she will need to be able to write lists of minor repairs.
Depending on the amount of groups that we have coming in, she will need
to be responsible for turning over the living spaces of the property and
communicate with the owners who are not always onsite.

His duties will include: minor repairs, regular maintenance; he needs to have experience
with landscaping, irrigation, gardening, electrical, plumbing, mechanics, drywall as well as construction.

Most important; although the owners aren't always there, they are involved with all aspects of the
property and work very closely with the caretakers on projects and to-do lists. The couple needs to be able to manage themselves and other people, prioritize their time, change gears quickly when emergencies arise and give estimates of time and money for projects. Must have a
