Self-Storage facility located in North central San Antonio needs a husband and wife management team. Professional, courteous, team workers with excellent customer service, basic accounting, and computer skills are needed.
Qualified applicants should have knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, and Excel. Prior knowledge of Winsen (the mini-storage accounting software) helpful but not necessary, as well as Penske truck rental/web site experience a bonus, but not mandatory. Applicants must have excellent telephone skills, proficient computer skills, customer service orientated and the ability to be a team player. This job position requires light grounds maintenance, cleaning of units, the ability to lift 25-35lbs, & the ability to walk up and down the stairs without issue.
