Landscaping Maintenance/Office Assistant Team for Apartment Community - Eugene, OR

On-Site Team (Office + Maintenance)
 
Large Apartment Community in Eugene/Springfield area seeks an on-site office assistant landscaping team to provide BOTH Office, Landscaping and some Maintenance coverage. This well maintained community features two bedroom apartments in a convenient location close to shopping, parks, and more! The apartment home is a 1050 square foot, two bedroom two bath with washer and dryer provided and use of a garage.

Qualified Applicants should have:

*Previous Multi Famiy Housing experience strongly preferred.
*Solid computer skills (email, internet use, Microsoft office), and ability to learn new programs.
*Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

* Landscape Maintenance  Experience as they will be responsible for all the Landscaping of the Community.

*Experience performing routine apartment maintenance and turnovers for vacation coverage and or on an emergency basis.
 *Must pass Criminal Background check and Drug screening

This position requires a total of 40 hours per week average,  (24-28 hours per week for landscaping and 12-14 for office) part-time office and part-time maintenance - mainly on weekends, but can be flexible to afford for other employment, etc..   Compensation consists of housing PLUS Team will be paid a total of $900.00 per Month (prorated).
