Immedialte opening for  Apartment Manager / Maintenance couple  for a beautiful 56 unit 55+ Tax Credit community in St. Geoge , Utah. Salary plus (1) bedroom apartment and utilities.This is a beautiful apartment community in Southern Utah. Close to Cayon Lands and Zions National Park.  

Knowledge of Tax Credit qualifying extermley helpful but not necessary willing to train. Must be organized and have a strong work ethic and work well with people. Must have a working knowledge of general maintenance, plumbing, heating ,electrical, painting etc. grounds maintenance and have own tools. This position is open now.
