Motel Managers - Moosehead Lake, Maine - Greenville , ME

Managers required for a quiet 15 room northern Motel. (prefer a couple). Must have excellent Interpersonal and Customer Service Skills, be flexible in work hours.

Previous hospitality experience an asset but not a must. Must be excellent at problem solving and ability to work independently and also as a team. Have honesty, integrity and empathy.

Duties include: - supervise work activities of cleaning staff, to ensure motel rooms are clean, orderly and attractive - greet register incoming and outgoing guests - provide high level of customer service - create long-term client relations - work with staff in a friendly and efficient manner -Laundry and housekeeping,  Light maintenance for repairs, snow shoveling when needed, sidewalks sweeping. - Lawn mowing and yard and pool maintenance.

Successful applicants will be supplied with a seperate 3 bedroom home including water, electric, phone, cable, wireless internet.  Successful applicants will be required to supply work history and excellent references and to pass a background criminal check. 2 weeks paid vacation during low season. Shared use of company vehicle. Being familar with Maine or the Moosehead Lake Region a plus.
