Couple/Team for Honeycomb Park - Texas

Self-motivated, energetic retired couple/team with excellent people skills to manage small, 40+ site mobile home park.

 Responsibilities include maintenance, landscaping, collecting monthly rent and enforcing park rules.  Must be able to effectively market vacancies, prepare monthly occupancy report and provide a safe and comfortable environment for tenants.  Must live on site in newly redecorated home with huge front yard.  All utilities provided.  Applicants must pass a background check.  Qualified applicants may e-mail resume and include a phone number where you may be reached.
