Resident Managers - Surrey, BC Canada

A residential complex of 236 units in a 4 storey, 4 building Strata complex in Surrey, BC requires a full time, live-in mature couple as Resident Managers commencing immediately.

This is a two person position looking after the office, administrative work and general maintenance of the four buildings.  The applicants should be experienced in   building maintenance, carpentry, painting, hot water heating boilers, WHMIS, Fire and Safety Code, electrical and mechanical systems have pool certification and be computer literate.  The applicant must possess good communication skills, diplomacy, self motivation and be able to maintain good working relationships.

The position includes reduced rent of a 2 BR and Den unit with parking.
