RV Resort Manager Couple - LOVELAND CO

Great opportunity for resident managers with growing Property Management Company based in Loveland Colorado to manage local RV property.

Looking for experience and proven track record in RV park management including reservations, cash management, building maintenance and repairs, construction project management, marketing & sales, vendor relations, leading, hiring and managing office and maintenance staff, ability to promote and apply corporate objectives, strategies and vision to all properties and staff.

Looking for a couple who are positive, energetic, personable, marked by integrity, have leadership abilities, are teachable, creative, cooperative, absent of personal problems, have good people skills, a sense of humor, are self-disciplined, see the "big picture" of the organization and are friendly to all individuals within the company as well as those associated with the company.

Compensation package includes $9-$11 per hour PLUS a spacious 1 bedroom apartment with utilities.
