Winter Managers (Rent Exchange) - Central FL

Looking for energetic retired couple to run motel during the winter months.  In exchange for taking care of our mom-and-pop motel, in a small town in central Florida, we provide you with a furnished four bedroom home, all utilities paid. 

There is no salary, so you will need a second income.

Candidates must be personable, able to do basic office work, light maintenance, painting, yard work, and some housekeeping.

This job is not for everyone.  If you view it as a job, you won’t like it.  It is a temporary lifestyle change.  You have responsibilities throughout the day, so one of you need to be available.  It can be a lot of fun for the right couple or couples.  Having two couples would give you more flexibility for time off.  If there is only one couple interested, arrangements can be made to take time off during the week.
