Apartment Management Team needed in Hollywood!

Couple or team needed to manage an apartment complex in Hollywood. This is a live-on-site position. Experience in on-site management preferred, but not required. Willing to train the right couple/team. 

Duties include:
. Leasing
. Tenant relations
. Rent collection
. Banking/Deposits
. General maintenance
. Turn-overs
. Communication with outside vendors

Must be able to work independently without supervision and work as a team. Must be able to maintain a manager-tenant relationship that shows no favoritism. Knowledge of the tenant/landlord Laws of Los Angeles is preferred, but not required. 

Compensation includes:
1. 1 Bedroom Unit
2. Paid utilities
3. Monthly Salary  
4. Potential monthly bonuses
