Small facility in Chico, CA needs self-motivated person or couple.  Experience required. 

Job entails showing and leasing units, banking, small amount of landscaping and general maintenance.  Salary- $1200-$1400 per month, one-bedroom  apartment and utilities included.  Must work as an Independent Contractor.
