Moonlight Beach Motel is currently looking for a dedicated hard-working couple to live on site to be managers starting in September. Moonlight Beach Motel is a 24-unit ma ’n’ pa motel three blocks from Moonlight Beach in San Diego County.

The manager must be able to oversee all aspects of the operation including running the front desk to housekeeping, while ensuring that the physical property is maintained ensuring guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates must have the following traits:

-A minimum of 5 years motel front office experience

-Excellent communication skills

-Ability to supervise up to five employees

-No pets, smoking or drinking

-Honest, pleasant with strong organizational and interpersonal skills

-Ability to perform light maintenance and minor repairs

-Proficient in MS Office suite of products
