Resident Storage Manager Couple - Boise, ID

A Self-storage Company is seeking a Resident Manager couple, to oversee the day-to-day operations of a self-storage facility.

Great opportunity to live and work together. Duties include general office, telephone sales, record keeping, computer bookkeeping, rentals, collections and light maintenance. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age and have a High School Diploma. Must have a strong background in customer service, sales, marketing, strong communication skills and experience with Windows based personal computer applications. Previous experience in storage industry a plus. Weekend shifts plus a valid driver`s license and reliable transportation required. Required to live onsite. Pay starts at $2200-2400/mo per couple,$DOE. Will work up to 35 to 40 hours each, 5 days/week (to be scheduled.)
