Apartment Manager Couple - Southern CA

We are looking for a mature couple who have the ablity to work independently and use good judgement. Responsible for the day to day operations to include:

Tenant Relations, HUD occupancy paperwork, Rent Collections, Maintaining tenant files, Performing maintenance work, plumbing repairs, and keeping the building sparkling clean. Excellent starting wages, health insurance, Paid time off, Training, Retirement Plan and Housing & Utilities. Position is in Southern California.
