FEATURED JOB OPENING: Self Storage Management Team - Hampton Roads, Virginia

Seeking an energetic 2 person management team to live on site and manage busy self storage facility in Hampton Roads area of Virginia

Position requires sales, marketing and customer oriented people. MUST be self starters.

Responsiblities include, but are not limited to:  leasing, collections, daily reportsand deposits. Keeping office, site, units and restroom clean on a daily basis. Site work includes light maintenance, keep units in good repair, keep hvac in working order, update and manage site and unit repairs. 

Compensation includes salary, bonuses, 2 bedroom apartment,  and utilities.  Health insurance and savings plan participation options available.
