Our Domestic Agency is seeking the following:

Live-In Hands on Domestic Couple needed $100k - Greenwitch, CT

Qualifications: Male

•           Willing to live in Greenwich, CT home (primary property)

•           Willing to travel to New York City and Miami to manage other properties

•           Able to drive

•           Able to organize, supervise, and coordinate

•           Familiar with electrical and engineering work

•           Resourceful in meeting a variety of challenges

•           Sense of urgency

•           Communication Skills

Primary Responsibilities:

•           A property manager's main responsibility is to maintain 5 properties across several states, approx. 3000 sq ft.each in CT, NY, FL.

•           The property manager is expected to reside in the main property and ensure that all 5 properties are in pristine condition and in good working order

•           Maintenance and repair on properties as necessary

o          may do the work himself or schedule a contractor to come in and do the work

o          repair on things like plumbing, electricity, water leaks etc.

•           Conduct monthly inspections on the properties to ensure everything is functioning

•           Help oversee services on the properties such as lawn services, pool services, video/audio services, car cleaning services etc.

Primary Responsibilities:

•           Ensure that all assigned areas of the home are clean, neat, and tidy. This includes any indoor household cleaning and organizing tasks assigned and may regularly include cleaning "projects". 

o          Responsibilities include:  vacuuming, dusting, laundry, dry cleaning, mopping and changing linens, etc.

•           Plan, cook and serve meals and clean up after food is eaten

•           Welcome guests and visitors and ensure they are comfortable upon arrival
