Self Storage MGR/Maint Couple - Peoria, AZ

Immediate opening for experienced Self Storage Couple.  Experience is required.  Must have strong computer, organization, marketing, sales, and CUSTOMER SERVICE (#1!!) skills. 

Couple will be responsible for all aspects of operation including but not limited to leasing, collections, banking, general property maintenance, cleaning, lien procedures.   Office operation is a full time position, maintenance  is part-time.  Knowledge of SelfStorage software WebSelfStorage helpful.  Must live on-site in very nice 2 bedroom apartment with utilities paid.  Salary DOE and negotiable .  Email resumes for both team members please.  Must be available to start no later than July 20, 2013.
