Self Storage 2-person Management Team - 1 full time & 1 part time - Houston, TX

ON-STIE MANAGEMENT TEAM - Seeking an energetic 2-person Management team (1 full time & 1 part time) to live on site and manage self storage facility in Houston.

Position requires good customer, marketing and computer skills. Team must be dependable. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, leasing, collections, daily reports, daily deposits, marketing, cleaning the office, public restroom and vacant units, picking up trash, changing light bulbs, light maintenance. Bi-Lingual would be helpful. Storage experience is a plus, but not a requirement. Applicants must pass all background checks, credit checks, drug test and physical. Couples are encouraged to apply. A nice 2-bedroom apartment and utilities provided for the team. Wage depends on experience + bonus plan. Benefits include vacation, sick leave, health and life insurance options, 401K after a year.
