Apartment Manager Team (couple)

Salary Position full-time with opportunity to earn more with renovations.  Position comes with 2 bedroom suite and separate office.

60 unit located in Port Alberni, BC

RTA knowledge and Pool Maintenance experience an assets, but not required.  Building and office training will be given to the successful candidates.

You must have your Own Tools for Renovations.

Tools NOT provided.

JOB DUTIES of TEAM:

-Office Admin

-Collect Rent

-Clean common areas (In/Outside)

-Create a quiet & enjoyable place to live

-Tenant Relations

-Pool Maintenance.

-Minor Repairs and Maintenance

We Pay Additional $$$$ for:

Renovation (suites)

Major Repairs and Maintenance
